On Wednesday, APS leader Herbert Kickl nominated Rosencrantz for the post of federal president of Austria.
“For me, the European Union or European cooperation is a big peace project. But I think that there is still room for improvement in the EU. And I quote the current Federal Chancellor, who says that the EU’s migration policy is failing,” he said. Rosencrantz at a press conference on the occasion of his nomination.
Rosenkranz also recalled that a few months before the start of the special operation of the Russian Federation, it was said that the issue of Ukraine's membership in the EU was not discussed, "and now suddenly it's so easy to become a candidate for entry."
"All the rules that existed before are now being thrown overboard. For example, with Ukraine's accession to the EU," he added.
