Volkswagen Passat sold to Chinese guy for $14

A Chinese national managed to buy a Volkswagen Passat car for only fourteen American dollars at EachNet online auction. It just so happened that the bid on the car did not go higher than the first price of $14 to the overwhelming joy of the Chinese guy.

The organizers of the auction were not expecting such a turn of events, and they now refuse to give the car to the guy from China. EachNet auction (a part of the American world famous eBay company) failed to come to consent with the seller of the car Yongda Automobile Sales company to give the car to the new owner. This has already become a court matter, and the court will most likely consider the deal valid.
