LUKoil Board of Directors postpones adoption of strategic program

Today, LUKoil's Board of Directors discussed major provisions of the program of the company's strategic development till 2013 and decided to adopt it in November 2003, including a complex investment plan in it, which took into account various scenarios of the development of the Russian pipeline transportation system and the gas market, a release of the company says.
