President Putin: All Who Suffered from Floods Must Be Helped

According to the press service of the President, while speaking today at his meeting with the members of Russia's government where the situation in the southern parts of Russia affected by floods was discussed, Vladimir Putin said, 'Absolutely everyone who suffered from these floods must be helped, including the elderly and the young who want to go to higher schools'.

Russia's head of state emphasised that the needs of the victims of the floods must become the first priority and added, ' While the infrastructure is being more or less restored, a lot remains to be done as concerns helping the population'.
