President Vladimir Putin is to sign shortly a decree aimed at revamping of the Republic of Chechnya's executive branch, Ahmad Kadyrov, head of the Chechen administration, is quoted as saying after a meeting with the Russian President in the Kremlin yesterday. According to RIA Novosti, Kadyrov, following the presidential decree, is to appoint a prime minister of Chechnya. His nominee for the post is Stanislav Ilyasov. The formation of a Chechen cabinet is to be over in February, Mr. Kadyrov added.
