Vladimir Putin: “it is necessary to pay off all the debts. Otherwise we will exhaust the economy”

Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed that it was necessary to pay off foreign debts of Russia. Speaking to representatives of RF public organisations of invalids in the town of Korolev nearby Moscow, Putin said that fulfilment of the state’s duties on social questions and paying off foreign debts should be carried on simultaneously. “It is necessary to pay off all the debts. Otherwise we will exhaust the economy”, - said Putin. “We have paid off $17 milliard and we should pay more $42 milliards. That’ what comes of restructuring”, - Putin said.
