Air crash in which famous journalist Artem Borovik and President of oil company "Alliance" Ziya Bazhayev died had been caused by two reasons. The plane couldn't gain height because of non-standard position of its flaps. Besides, the plane was partly coated with ice. The depute chief of the Intergovernmental Aviation Committee Rudolf Teymurazov said that these conclusions had been confirmed by the results of experimental flights. The final results of the study will be officially ratified and will be made public before the end of the year. Other versions were not confirmed, Itar-Tass announces.
