Putin is ready to negotiate with Japan about everything
Russian President Vladimir Putin said during the meeting with Japanese Foreign minister Yohey Kono that Russia “will act constructively every way including further consideration of the problem of peace agreement”. Putin stressed again that Russia is interested in development of “friendly, constructive good-neighbour relations”, “Interfax’ reports. The President added that “we will do our best to maintain this favourable climate which is peculiar to our relationship now”
