Reporting results of his meeting with President Vladimir Putin, Russian Deputy Premier Viktor Khristenko stated that Russia and Ukraine were to reach an agreement by the end of November, AK&M reports. According to Khristenko, experts were given the a task of formulating a fundamental negotiation position within the next two weeks.
