The first group of experts from the International Monetary Fund will arrive in Russia on November 7, a source in the IMF reported on Tuesday. The source also reported that Gerard Belanger, the deputy head of the IMF's second European department, will lead the mission, joining the experts in Moscow on November 13. The mission experts will take part in work on preparing the program and the joint statement of the Russian government and Central Bank on cooperation with the IMF, Prime-Tass informs.
