THE COMMANDER OF ‘KUZBAS’ SUBMARINE ASKED HIS COMPATRIOTS TO FEED THE SAILORS
Administration of Kemerovskaya Oblst (Russia) received a letter from a commander of “Kuzbass” submarine. The commander complaints that it is impossible to keep on working. They do not get enough money from The Ministry of Defense. The conditions are terrible, the sailors do not have enough food, good clothes… Therefore the commander asks his compatriots for help. The authorities of the region supported the sailors: they transferred 30 thousand rubles for them.
