Putin: Russian Money Comes Home
The capitals taken from Russia have begun to come back home, Russian President Vladimir Putin said while answering journalists' questions after his speech at the APEC business forum. According to Putin, the list of countries from where maximum capitals have returned includes Cyprus, Holland, Germany, and the US. "This is a good signal for us", the Russian leader stressed, noting that a favourable investment atmosphere is being created in this way in Russia.
