Russian President Comes Up In Favor Of Abolishing Parallel Bodies Within Defense Ministry

President Vladimir Putin of Russia has spoken out in favor of abolishing parallel bodies in the Defense Ministry and in the country's entire military sector. He said that Wednesday when summing up a conference at the Defense Ministry. The president deemed it necessary to focus on priority areas of the Armed Forces development. He also found it crucial that "inefficient expenses", including on international military partnership, be brought to nought. Also important, according to the president, is to continue perfecting the armament program and its financing.
