An International Conference On Investments In The North Western Federal District Of Russia In Progress In Petersburg

An international conference - Strategic Investments in the North Western Federal District of Russia - met in Petersburg on Wednesday. As RIA Novosti was told in the press service of the NIKoil Investment Banking Group, one of the co-organisers of the conference, nine round-table conferences will be held as part of this international conference; they will be devoted to increasing the investment attractiveness of Russian companies and to investments in various branches of the Russian economy - machine-building, metallurgy, communications, transport, the power industry, the fuel and energy complex, real estate and civil engineering. More than five hundred representatives of enterprises, authorities and Russian and foreign investment companies will attend the conference.
