Russian President Signs Land Code Into Law

Russian President Vladimir Putin has singed into law the Land Code of the Russian Federation, the presidential press service reported on Friday. The Land Code was adopted by the State Duma (the lower house of parliament) on September 28, 2001, and approved by the Federation Council (the upper house) on October 10.
