The General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation finished the investigation of a so called "Aeroflot case" and submitted it to court, a source in the public relations department of the Prosecutor's Office reported to RosBusinessConsulting. Among the defendants are former First Deputy Director General of Aeroflot Nikolay Glushkov, Deputy Director General for Commerce and Advertising Alexander Krasnenker, Chief Accountant Lidiya Kryzhevskaya and Director General of ZAO Financial United Corporation Roman Sheynin. They all are accused of embezzlement. As a result, Aeroflot suffered losses worth $252m. In addition, Glushkov is accused of money laundering and escape from custody.
