District Arbitration Court To Hear TV-6 Company's Appeal Against Decision On Its Liquidation

The Federal Arbitration Court of the Moscow District will hear the appeal filed by the TV-6 Moscow television company against the court decision on its liquidation. The TV company is appealing against the rulings of the Moscow Arbitration Court of September 27 and of the Court of Appeal of November 26. The LUKoil-Garant pension fund, which holds 15% of the shares in TV-6, filed a lawsuit to liquidate the company. Earlier the hearing on the TV-6 appeal was scheduled for January 16, but the date of the hearing had been moved to December 29 at LUKoil-Garant's request.
