Russian President Vladimir Putin has attended the ceremony of hoisting the navy flag on board Russia's new third-generation multipurpose nuclear submarine Gepard. The ceremony was held by the pier of the Sevmash machine-building plant, with Admiral of the Fleet Vladimir Kuroyedov and chief of the General Staff of Russian Armed Forces Anatoly Kvashnin attending.
