Gazprom to sell non-core assets

In 2003, the Russian gas giant Gazprom is planning to receive at least RUR6bn (about $189.95m) from selling non-core assets, the press service of the holding reported. At today's meeting, the Board of Directors of the company adopted lists of non-core and non-efficient assets of Gazprom, its subsidiaries and branches, which were to be sold in 2003. These lists include shares in over 150 non-core enterprises.
