New Safety System to Wake Drivers Up

Loud music will rock your car, if you fall asleep while driving

The Japanese company Pioneer announced that it was working on a new system to provide more safety for drivers. The system will be capable of waking up those people, who fall asleep while driving. It will also be able to pacify those drivers that get too much irritated and mad over other careless drivers. The company is going to make very sensitive steering wheels that will control a driver’s heart activity. This information will a system to determine, what emotions a driver feels at the moment.

A minicomputer’s memory contains electrocardiograms of a human being. Those cardiograms reflect a person’s intention either to fall asleep or to go mad. Loud rock music will play in a car automatically, if sensors determine that a driver is falling asleep. Slow and quiet classic music will be played to pacify a furious driver.

Pioneer’s new invention will take account of the variety of musical tastes among people. It will be possible for everyone to chose, which music to play at this or that moment of driving. This novelty is expected to become available in stores in two or three years.
