Vladimir Putin signs law on federal budget-2003
Russia's President Vladimir Putin signed a law "On federal budget-2003" on Wednesday, the Kremlin press service told RIA Novosti.
The law was passed by the State Duma on December 11th and approved by the Federation Council, the upper chamber of the Russian parliament, on December 18th.
For the first time in the post-Soviet Russia's history the work on the country's major financial document has been completed so early.
