The State Duma of Russia made an inquiry to Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanovdemanding to pay compensations to families of the victims of a Tu-154crash, when the aircraft had been hit by a Ukrainian missile over the BlackSea on October 4, 2001. It is worth mentioning that the catastrophe claimedlives of 26 Russian citizens and 12 crew members. According to deputyGalina Strelchenko, Russia hasn't paid the compensations yet. 319 deputiesvoted for the inquiry with one abstention. .
