Finance Ministry fixes maximum volume of credits for foreign countries

Russian Finance Ministry determined the maximum volume of credits forforeign countries and investments into joint ventures for 2003 outsideRussia at RUR27.217bn, or $800.5m, according to the federal budget draftfor 2003.
