Central Bank stays away from UTS today

The average-weighted dollar exchange rate was 31.77 RUR/USD at the morning session on US currency today, which was RUR0.01 higher than the previous level. The high of this morning's deals was 31.82 RUR/USD, which was RUR0.06 higher than the official dollar exchange rate set by the Central Bank for November 4. Specialists of commercial banks attribute this situation to the fact that the Central Bank did not carry out currency interventions at the UTS today. In an interview with RosBusinessConsulting, experts stressed that the Central Bank's presence at today's UTS was not felt. The experts believe that the Central Bank has not sold dollars actively on the interbank market either.
