Another crime committed by Chechen militants was registered today. A spokesman for the headquarters of the Combined Russian Interior Ministry Forces in the North Caucasus reported that a group of masked criminals armed with guns killed 7 locals, i.e., 6 men and a teenager. According to witnesses, there were some 20 criminals in the group, and they communicated in Chechen. Scraps of a note typed in Russian were found in the house of a killed person, Ramzan Ilesov, -- it read a death sentence pronounced by the Shariah court. The prosecutor's office has launched criminal proceedings.
