In the village of Suvorovskaya, the Stavropol region of Russia, the police arrested a family of drug traffickers. The operation was conducted with the help of riot police.

The suspects grew and dried narcotic plants, packing them in bags afterwards, officials said. The dealers kept the seeds of the plants in glass jars.

During the search, the police seized 97 bags of drugs, as well as 21 jars with the seeds of narcotic plants. The total weight of the seized narcotics made up nearly two tons. The quantity of drugs was so large that the traffickers did not know where to hide them, says Gazeta.Ru. The whole house was stuffed with huge bags of grass - it was difficult for officers to walk from room to room. To transport the seized substances, the officers had to call a truck.

Three people have been arrested - two men and a woman.
