Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems GmbH & Co finally cleared

The European Commission has finally authorized Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems GmbH & Co. joint venture.

This project was launched by Robert Bosch GmbH, a German diversified technology based corporation, and Mahle GmbH, one of the 30 largest automotive suppliers worldwide.

The deal presupposes the supply of exhaust gas turbochargers to the motor vehicle industry by 2011.

The EC reached such a decision following the conviction that this joint venture would not impact competition on the market.

North group of Russian forces to target Kharkiv as part of major offensive
