The Monday 11 November proceedings of Tribunal are archived in video format at http://hague.bard.edu/video.html
The most important portions are at segment 4, starting at about 20 minutes.
Today the transcripts from the November sessions finally appeared on the Tribunal Website.
But you cannot access the parts concerning Slobodan Milosevic's life, or, as Tribunal officials like to say, the future conduct of the trial.
The Monday (November 11) transcript is cut just before he finishes cross examining a witness - i.e., just before the discussion of "administrative" issues, that is, how the trial should proceed, a discussion in which Mr. Milosevic took part clearly and successfully, despite his obviously bad health.
This is what they cut from the transcripts. Is there any question that NATO's Tribunal is in a panic?
We shall transcribe the missing section from the video and make it available to the public as soon as possible.
