Russian Women Tennis Players Takes Successful Start In Federation Cup Tournament

On the second day of the final tournament of the women's world team tennis championship - the Federation Cup - which began on November 7 night the Russians will meet with the team of Argentina. Another match of the teams playing, like the Russians, in group A is also to be held on Thursday - the French squad will play with the Czech Republic. The third match, Germany versus Australia, will be held in group B which consists of the national teams of Belgium, Spain, Germany and Australia. On Wednesday the Belgians beat the Germans (3-0), and the Spanish team won over the Australians (3-0).
