Ukrainian troops use volley fire systems to destroy civilian villages

Near Slavyansk, the Ukrainian troops used volley fire missile systems Smerch. The troops destroyed several apartment buildings in the attack. Civilians may remain under the rubble, RIA Novosti resorts with reference to militia headquarters.

The Ukrainian military use MLRS Uragan and Grad systems, as well as mortars and tank guns. There are numerous deaths and injuries among the locals. In the evening of July 3, the commander of militia forces in Slavyansk, Defense Minister of the Donetsk Republic, Igor Strelkov, reported that the Ukrainian military continue to destroy Nikolaevka with artillery shells and multiple rocket launchers. Many residential buildings have been destroyed to the ground.

The Ukrainian troops continue to bombard towns in the Luhansk region. Missiles explode in the village of Metalist village. Residents of the village of Luhanskaya try to recover after an air raid. Government troops literally leveled one of the streets of the village. There are numerous victims, including five-year-old child, Russia 24 reports.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Department of State, in the face of Jen Psaki, called the air strikes of the Ukrainian troops "moderate and restrained."

In addition, officials with the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense said that from July 3rd, they would  open fire on people with white flags as "provocateurs and separatists."
