The volume of transactions with elite residential real estate in Moscow exceeded $1 billion since the beginning of 2013.
As of the end of October 2013, the average price of one high-end square meter on the real estate market of Moscow was 24,600 dollars.
From the point of view of geography, wealthy buyers evince constant interest in apartments in such areas of Moscow as Khamovniki, Zamoskvorechye and Tverskoy district - 93 percent of sales.
