Moscow To Hold Roadshow For New Loans In Europe

The Moscow government will hold a roadshow before making a new loan worth 300 million euros on October 3-11, Mikhail Kalinishki, director general of the Moscow financial agency, announced in an interview with RBC today. He noted that the presentation will be held in the leading west European financial centers, such as London, Frankfurt-am-Main, Zurich, Geneva, Milan and Vienna. However, he did not specify the exact date of the issue. It was earlier scheduled for the second half of September but then the loan was postponed due to the terrorist attacks in the USA. As reported earlier, the Moscow government has already received all necessary documents for making this loan this year - it reached an agreement with the Finance Ministry and received a currency license from the Central Bank. The lead-managers in this project will be ING Barings and UBS Warburg.
