Britain's court rejects claim of men allegedly tortured in Saudi Arabia

The Law Lords ruled that Britons Ron Jones, Sandy Mitchell and Les Walker and Canadian William Sampson do not have the right to sue individual alleged torturers. The judgment overturns an October 2004 Court of Appeal ruling that said the men could pursue individual alleged torturers, the AP reports.
