EurAsEc prime ministers to meet in Autumn 2002

A regular meeting of the Intergovernmental Council at the level of EurAsEC prime ministers will be held in autumn 2002 in Astana, the press service of the Eurasian Economic Community, uniting Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirghizia, Russia and Tajikistan, said on Wednesday.

The agenda of the forthcoming meeting will include the issues, which were discussed at the regular meeting of the EurAsEc intergovernmental working group in the town of Cholpon-Ata (Kirghizia) on Wednesday.

According to the information of the press service, the same issues will be on the agenda of the regular meeting of the EurAsEC Integration Committee at the level of vice premiers in Alma Ata on July 26.

The elaboration and implementation of EurAsEC inter-state target programmes and joint leasing activities for the next two years and other problems of economic cooperation will be under discussion.
