Iran's intelligence minister visits Azerbaijan

Iran's Minister of Intelligence and Security Ali Yunesi has arrived in Baku for an official three-day visit to discuss the lines of Iranian-Azerbaijani cooperation in different spheres. Yunesi is expected to meet with Azerbaijani President Geidar Aliyev and other high-ranking officials.

During Yunesi's visit, the sides will consider interaction between the two countries in the field of combating terrorism and drug-trafficking, and ways of exchanging information. They will also exchange opinions on the situation in the Middle East and in Central Asia and discuss international problems of mutual interest.
