The concept of establishing Great Albania "should be buried even before it begins to take a real legal shape," "or stability in Europe will not be achieved," the foreign minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zlatko Lagumdzija, said on Monday, addressing students of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Commenting on the current situation and prospects for the settlement of the Kosovo problem, Lagumdzija pointed out that this problem should be addressed as international. He supported the presence of an international peacekeeping force in Kosovo and said that their mandate could even be changed, if necessary, for the sake of stability in the region. "I firmly support the need to preserve multi-ethnic communities, whose members confess different religions," Lagumdzija emphasised.
