Is Osama Bin Laden Alive?

Osama bin Laden is alive and is, supposedly, hiding near the Afghan-Iranian border, said biographer of the international terrorist No. 1 Hamid Mir. According to him, various versions of Osama's death have long been circulated with the aim of cooling the passions around the US hunt for the leader of the al-Qaida terrorist group. Thus, information appeared yesterday that bin Laden had died of a lung disease in one of the Tora Bora caves. Three days earlier, President of Pakistan general Pervez Musharraf said, during his visit to China, that he believed Osama bin Laden had died. Head of the united press centre of the anti-terror coalition countries Kenton Keith did not rule out during his talk with journalists on Monday that bin Laden could die in the course of US bombings of the Tora Bora district and added that there was no authentic information to this effect.
