United States Notifies That War Against Iraq is Inevitable

The George W. Administration has started informing all other member-states of the UN Security Council through diplomatic channels that a military strike at Iraq is inevitable.

This information was reported to the Russian side by US Under Secretary of State John Bolton who is in Moscow now. An anonymous representative of the US administration said that John Bolton had notified Moscow about the decision taken by the United States to conduct an armed action irrespective of the consent of the UN Security Council.

A high-ranking foreign diplomat of one of the UN Security Council's member-countries has also confirmed that American officials informed him that the decision had been taken and it was final.
