Presidents of Russia and Belarus to discuss integration today

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko will start a working visit toRussia today by invitation from Russian President Vladimir Putin. The maintopic of their negotiations will be integration between the two countries.They will also analyze the process of preparing a Union Constitution andimproving the union's legislation, which is required, in particular, forholding elections to the Union parliament.Additionally, Putin and Lukashenko will discuss collaboration in foreignpolitics, for instance, regarding regional security and the establishmentof "large Europe without borderlines".
