Berlin lawyer to win case for relatives of air crash victims

Berlin's lawyer Elmar Gimulla, whose statement has been made public by the Austrian mass media, declares his intention to recover a large sum of money from those responsible for an air crash over the Bodensee in favour of the relatives of the victims.

The German lawyer's office is now busy consulting Bashkir government officials and the families of the dead to announce afterwards the legal condition of a suit demanding the recovery of funds in favour of the families of the victims.

Elmar Gimulla is known for having won a compensation of $144 million for moral injury inflicted upon the families of the victims of supersonic Concord crash over Paris in July, 2000.

In the early hours of July 2, Russia's Tu-154 of the Bashkir airlines and the cargo Boeing-757 of the DHL international carriers collided at a height of 11,000 metres over the Bodensee in Germany. The Russian plane carried 12 members of the crew and 57 passengers, including 52 children going on vacation and five accompanying adults while the Boeing had two pilots on board.
