New dance club in Argentina is decorated with cockroaches

A new night club opened in the capital of Argentina, attracting a lot of public attention. The club was decorated with dead cockroaches.

The interior of Ex Morocco club is like that: huge cockroaches are chaoticly glued to the walls and the ceiling of the club. Designers said that the insects made the club absolutely unique. This idea occurred to one of the designers, after he visited the art show of the conceptual artist Leon Ferrari. One of his works was titled “Cockroaches,” with those insects scattered all over the floor, ceiling and walls. However, Ferrari’s cockroaches were made of plastic, whereas the ones that you can see in Ex Morocco, are real. The designer picked them all up in cheap local coffee shops, selecting the largest species.
