Japanese Foreign Minister to visit Far East

Japanese Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi will arrive in the Primorye Territory on June 28.

As a Rosbalt correspondent was informed at the territorial administration, Ms Kawaguchi intends to participate in the sixth assembly of the Russian-Japanese subcommittee on economic relations with the Far East Region of Russia, which will begin on June 30.

During her visit she will meet Deputy Russian Prime Minister Victor Khristenko, Presidential Plenipotentiary in the Far Eastern Federal District Konstantin Pulikovsky and Governor of the Primorye Territory Sergei Darkiny. Ms Kawaguchi will also visit the Japanese centre at the Far Eastern State University.
