Lukoil: Show Must Go On!

The Russian government will begin its roadshow for the 5.9% stake in OAO Lukoil on July 24th and it will last through July 29th. The roadshow will take place in London , New York and Boston . Derivatives will be placed on the London Stock Exchange on July 31st. Morgan Stanley is the underwriter.

At current market values, the stake would be worth just under $780 million. As of June 1st, the government held a total of 7.6% in Lukoil via the State Property Ministry and the Russian Fund for Federal Property.
