Iraq will soon host the largest exposition of Belorussian products ever. Leonid Kozik, the deputy head of the Administration of the Belorussian President, and accompanying him officials have been recently discussing the organisational matters with Iraqi authorities in Baghdad. As the Belorussian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informed, the delegation had met with Iraqi President Saddam Hussein, Vice-President Taha Yassin Ramadan, and the Ministers of Trade, Agriculture and Transportation. The sides discussed certain aspects of bilateral cooperation and further business interaction within the UN's Oil for Food programme. The talks also focused on the issues of humanitarian aid and agricultural equipment supplies. As a Rosbalt correspondent has learnt, the Belorussian surgeons accompanying the delegation, had been volunteering at some Iraqi hospitals.
