Pavel Borodin's press-secretary Ivan Makushok said on Monday that the issue of the Belarus-Russia Union Secretary's release on bail in the U.S.A. might be settled before February 5th. According to him, lawyers are currently doing everything possible in a New York federal court to secure Borodin's release from custody, RIA Novosti announces. The press secretary stressed that Borodin considered himself to be innocent and was available to give evidence to the Swiss prosecutor's office immediately. Makushok told RIA Novosti that Borodin had no claims to make about the conditions in prison.
