Yulya Timoshenko is not a member of the government any more, but just an accused

Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma signed a decree about the vice PM Yulya Timoshenko discharge from the office. Three criminal actions were brought against her: about gas contraband, about an attempt of contraband and about documents forgery. It will be recalled that Yulya Timoshenko denies the accusations. She says that her activity in the Government blocked all the oligarchs’ ways of gains by means of fuel and energy complex resources squandering.
