The Cole bombed by Yemeni Muhammed Omar Al-Harrazi, not by Ben Laden

Yemeni citizen Muhammed Omar Al-Harrazi has been named as the mastermind of the bombing of the destroyer Cole, RIA Novosti reports. It is also reported that Jordanian authorities have detained a US citizen, ethnic Palestinian, suspected of the complicity in the bombing. In all, over 100 people have been detained in the course of the investigation. A trial is to be held late-January next year in Sana. The bombing occurred on October 12th this year resulting in 17 American sailors dead and 37 wounded.
