Putin's rating is unbelievably high

According to the poll, conducted by All-Russian Center for Public Opinion Study, Russian President Vladimir Putin rating is unbelievably high now: his activity is approved by 70% of Russians. A month ago 64% approved it, "Interfax" reports. Russian PM Mikhail Kasyanov rating grew - from 45% in October to 47% in November. In general the government activity is approved by 38 % of respondents (it was 39% last month).
