Twenty-three mutual business programs are being implemented by Russia and Belarus

Twenty-three mutual business programs are being implemented within the framework of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, Union State Secretary Pavel Borodin told reporters. According to him, the programs dealing with production of TV sets, machine-building, and a number of other programs with the total amount of 1.8 billion rubles (about $64.6 million). According to Borodin, the implementation of these programs facilitates creation of new jobs. The state secretary supported establishing a transport route from Europe to Southeast Asia, which in his view, may become "the backbone of the Union State and boost the development of the economy of Russia and Belarus", RBC reports. He emphasized that potential investors would invest funds in the implementation of this project.
