ways to establish a more favorable climate for development of small and medium businesses in Russia were discussed today

A conference "Financial Instruments for Small Businesses" was held in the Federal Fund of Support of Small Businesses today with the assistance of the Antimonopoly Ministry and representatives of the TACIS project, the Antimonopoly Ministry Press Service told RBC. Participants of the conference discussed ways to establish a more favorable climate for development of small and medium businesses in Russia. Despite the partial cessation of the implementation of new TACIS projects in Russia, the project of supporting small businesses is being successfully implemented. The European Commission has allocated about 2 million euros for that purpose. Additionally, three more conferences will be held soon to discuss questions of legal regulation of small businesses' activity.
